These terms govern your use of AFFO. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're adding a household member who's younger than that, you (an adult managing the household) are the one entering their information — they don't need, and shouldn't have, their own account.
You sign in with your Apple or Google account. You're responsible for keeping that account secure — if someone else gains access to your Apple or Google account, they can access your AFFO household too.
Use AFFO the way it's meant to be used. Don't:
Not medical or nutritional advice. AFFO's nutrition score, dietary tags, and meal suggestions are planning aids based on general ingredient data and whatever notes you enter — they are not medical, dietary, or nutritional advice, and haven't been reviewed by a medical professional. If you or a household member has a real medical condition or allergy, use your own judgment (and your doctor's, dietitian's, or other qualified professional's) about what's actually safe to eat — don't rely on AFFO for that.
You own the household, recipe, and meal-plan information you put into AFFO. You're giving us permission to store it and process it (including sending relevant parts to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy) solely to provide the service back to you.
AFFO is free to use right now. If that changes in the future, we'll tell you clearly before charging you anything.
You can stop using AFFO at any time. To have your account and data deleted, email [email protected]. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
AFFO is provided "as is." We're a small, early-stage project — we work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly accurate (including its AI-generated suggestions and nutrition estimates).
To the fullest extent the law allows, AFFO isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This doesn't limit any liability that can't legally be limited.
If we make a material change, we'll update this page and its "Last updated" date.
